Why isnt there a simple Read Me?

I have no idea about Utopia, i figure u just download it, copy it to cd, throw it in the dreamcast, take it out and put in an international game.... Is this right?
BTW I have CloneCD and downloaded the CloneCD Utopia Image.... Do i just do what I said Before???
HELP ME PLEASE

PS Does the Utopia work well with import games????????????
