Stronghold 2 and USB channel blocking
I read on another forum that Stronghold 2 (Released this Friday in the UK, not sure about US release), will use a version of Starforce that blocks the USB mounting trick. I shall be buying the game at the end of the week, so it will be interesting to see if this is true. Has anyone else heard about this?

I've also read that the the StarForce kernel driver cannot send direct commands to your optical drives through a USB interface, hence the workaround that exists for the latest version of StarForce 3. So it will be interesting to see if the new version of the StarForce 3 driver (presumably the one that ships with Stronghold 2) is able to detect RMPS emulation through a USB Interface external drive.

I don't know this game uses Starforce, it's just what I read on another forum. Don't shoot me down for giving duff information please. Take Two games, who are the publishers, don't normally use Starforce, but then again neither did Ubisoft a few games back. The lack of news on the scene does point to it using Starforce. I'm sure we'll know in the next day or so, though I would be surprised if it blocks the USB channel.
