EA Sports MVP Baseball 2005

Anyone know if the new data files (updates) from EA will overwrite the cracked exe? WIll the update even work?

Actually, it will work as any other update (at least from EA.) You need to replace the cracked exe with the original one found in your original disks and then apply the update, then overwrite the updated exe with the new cracked one if there is one.

@clever_user: Why don't you try it yourself? Make a recursive copy of all files and subdirectories of the installed game, apply the patch to it and do a recursive compare (I think, Windows/Total Commander has such a function).

@pizzy: Most updates include a text file that describes the modifications in the update. You may even see this list on the official patch download page.

update 2 does not change the roster past the 20th of February, 2005 unfortunately. As for cracks, I wouldn't know, I use my mini-image which you can download at Gamecopyworld here
