How can i patch a securom DVD with BWA File??

Can anyone Explain me how i can patch a Securom DVD.
At a securom CD i use Twinpeak, but with a DVD Image it will doesnt work because the Image has an uncorrect filesize.
Knows anyone a Programm that patched an DVD IMage with a BWA File??
Ore has anyone another idea how i can Cracked Securom 7??
