Adding files to CD image

Hi all,
Trying to make a backup of Railroad Tycoon 3, replacing the little mini-game on disk 2 with the expansion pack & current patch.
Protection ID tells me: SecuRom Detected - Version 5.03.06
Currently I've got CloneCD 5.0.4.2 & Blindwrite 4.5.7.92 installed.
1. Which of these should I use to rip the image? (Or should I d/l Alcohol 120%?)
2. How do I add my files to the CD image?
3. Will I be able to create a working backup?

Thanks.

IMHO you won't be able to edit cd image without using Fixed EXE/mini-Image because you dont have Securom SDK to apply protection to edited image.

Thanks for that; Looks like I won't be able to create a working backup
I still need info on the correct program to rip with and how to add the files to the CD image.

Thanks
