DC Boot Disk Clone CD

i Have download the Clone Cd Boot Cd from Dccopyworld, i have clone cd, how do i create the boot cd using the files i have downloaded? please get back to me by email at [email protected], also does anyone know a good site for DC roms which ACTUALLY work?
