Unhappy qaulity problems

having some qaulity problems when backing up dvds iam using any dvd and clone dvd2 and also have nero6 ultra on my system . the backup process works ok until you play the copy the qaulity is good to begin with then in certain parts just breaks down . i have tried installing new versions of both programs with still no luck anyone out there have any answers?

Could possibly have something to do with the media (brand of blank DVD's) you are using? Try different brands. I use both of those programs and have never had quality problems. Others will also tell you the two programs work fine. Also what movie are you referring too?
