pstwo screwed?

Well on my earlier post I stated the problem with my v10 ps2, so I decided to take it in and exchange it for another one. Turned out they don't make what I refer to as the big ps2 anymore, the only one they have now is the PSTwo and they would exchange those for mine...when they have it in stock. Well that would be great news and all but afaik the psTwo doesn't support the HDD which I have. So am I fubar as far as HDD goes?

You'll be best trying to find a used V7 on eBay or something

Nah guess I'll have to live without fast loading time and no disc swapping to change game. Maybe one of these days a person will come out with a method to connect the HDD to the usb port just like a pc. Anyhow thanx for the replies guys, much appreciated.

It’s too bad that you didn’t get that POSTwo a few weeks ago, you could have sold it on ebay for $250 and have made enough to buy 2 good V7’s with tons of extras.

There are plenty of USB drives available, USB to IDE converter cases, IDE DVD Burners. It’s just a matter of someone writing the PS2 driver/Application.
