NBA Live 2005

I have it installed and all but when i go into the game it turns all black and a error msg pops up saying:
NBA LIVE 2005 has encountered a problem and needs to close. we are sorry for the inconvience.

If u were in the middle of sumthing, the info u were working on might be lost.

Please Tell Microsoft about this problem.
We have creaed an aerror report taht you can send us. we will treat this report as confident and anonymous
