lotr bfm network problem

in the network menü on the one pc is see the other one, but on the other pc theres nothing to see. if i want to connect to a game, it says connection timed out. whats the solution for this problem?

yeah I have same problem

but I dont know why and need help!
I try change cd key and do something with firewall but He see me and I dont
see him
