prob backin up my gta sa.

am trying to back up my copy of gta sa.

my kid has not treated it with much love, and wanna retain it for as long as possible.

there are no visable scars on the disc itself, but looks well played.

everytime i try to back it up i get errors on my nero 6.

should i try a diff software? anyone encounter this?

i have backed up all of my other games w. nero hitch free. am not sure if my son has ruined it or not. it plays fine, and again, no real visable damage.

suggestions?

-update: it gets to 94% in dvd decrypter, then craps out. obv there is a physical problem with the disc. is there any creative salvaging efforts available? is there something i can clean the disc with to furhter the chances of a successful iso read?

Clean the disc with warm soapy water, dry it then polish with car polish.

When you use the car polish dont go in circles , go from the inside out.

It really does work. I fixed my mates RCT2 PC Disc using the car polish. It was Auto Glym too btw...
