Playing Pal games on NTSC console

Is it possible to play Pal games on NTSC console without any hardware modifications?

I have an NTSC PS2 console and a lot of Pal games. Console is not chipped... so it plays only legal games.

If there's no way to play this games without chipping console - answer plaese what the best chip is to use on my PS2 to play Pal games and back-ups?

You certainly need a modchip... use should get the NEOKEY of REGION X KEY.

Which NTSC console? If it's Jap, you need to think more carefully.

i would consider internal chip less hassle copying games booting
neo key u stiil have to open ps2 solder
get neo2.2
or wait for neo4 or messiah
