NTSC patch for Conan

Does anyone have an NTSC patch for Conan on the xbox or know where to find? I'm a huge fan of Conan and a friend of mine was visiting Europe had purchased the game for me as I cannot find it in the states, but unfortunately it will not work on my xbox as it is in Pal format.
