Problem with Mafia Patch

I have the german DVD version (it should be patch version 1.2)
(cuz my german is better than english)
but noone told me german version si censored :-(
so i wanted bloodpatch-> someone sais if i'd take english no-cd(dvd)patch i'd get german language and blood.
So i took the version of drunk on gcw but now i have this problem:

when i want to exit the game it gives me the "please wait" screen and nothing happens. it hangs itself up and i cant change to windows (alt+tab or strg+alt+del) and have to "hard-shutdown" mybox which is not fine....

Can u tell me a workaround for this problem?

I cant play with original DVD cuz wuithout blood its only half the fun :-(

so is there a better no-cd(ior blood)patch working? (the deviance thing doesnt work!)

i just looke with PID and found this out:
the crack is made for "Safedisc 2.80.011"
but the dvd original uses "[!] SecuRom Detected - Version 5.00.03"
so is there a crack for that one?
