In my experiences regarding pc building this could be a couple different things, but first I need to know if the mobo is powering up at all?

1. You could have hooked up the small case wires wrong and it is not getting power.

2. Your CPU and/or Mobo has shorted out.

3. A component is not seated properly ( ram, pci cards, agp cards, cpu)

Try to power up the mobo with no extras hooked up, by extras I mean hdd fdd, sound card. Only use the video, ram, & cpu. It should atleast boot the bios info. If you still get nothing, you may have damaged your mobo and/or cpu. If this is the case, you should consult with a tech and be prepared to replace both. In many cases the mobo and cpu are both damaged. (not always) You should visit a local tech to be absolutely sure. My first recommendation would be to visit the place you bought it from.

@ shahrich,
Any luck with the bios booting up? Make sure you check your specs in regard to the supported ram as this will cause it not to boot up. Also make sure everything is seated correctly. Once the cpu or mobo is damaged by means of a short, the damage is 90% fatal to the respective components, if not both. There is a 10% chance that one of the 2 are still good and that is why I recommend a tech. A tech will be able to determine if one is still good. If you attempt to change out one or the other and the damage is in the one you did not change, then you risk damaging a second cpu or mobo. I hope you get it working and it is just an unseated component. Good luck with it.

@H|LLJD00,
I have only had a static problem once in 6 years with a modem. Knock on wood. I dont use any type of static free gear other than making skin contact with the power supply case when removing and installing components although this is (in itself) a static free procedure.
