xbox goosed please help
Hi i chipped my xbox with a aladdin advance all was fine for a few weeks now i just get a blank screen and the button on front is flashing red , ive removed the chip and its still doing the same just screen completely black thanks in advance for any help

I have been told that when this happens it might have been a attemped chip flash has taken place could anybody confirm this as my brother was talking about the evo-dash and stuff around the time it went down , wondering if the little twat has been messing with my console please reply

Edit: You might want to read the last paragraph first
That is correct. He may have clicked the selection for flashing the bios. If it was powered off (like he saw the bar going up and got scared and turned it off), that flash would have been corrupted. If the chip is still good, there are 2 things you can do to fix it. 1. Do a softmod adn reflash the chip 2. hot swap with another chip and flash the busted one. If you completely removed the chip and the xbox still doesn't boot, it may be more than just the chip. Look for splashed solder or broken traces. Anything. The flash chip on the xbox modo was not harmed since it is flash protected. So the black screen is not do to that.
