Question Exactly the Same Problem

Dr. No has exactly the same problem I am having. Trying to back up "American Family, Season 1, Disc 6". I am running CloneDVD2 2.4.3.5 and AnyDVD 3.9.2.1 .

All titles and corresponding information are listed under the "information" tab. Under the "preview" screen it says "directory not found D:/Video_TS OSUtilIO [WString] TCE"

The same thing happens with my external drive.

I have backed up dozens of movies with this combination without ever seeing this error.

Any suggestions? Thanks
