A few new Games don't start????

Hi,

lately I've the problem......a few new Games don't start from the DVD or HDD....

I've Evo2.2 and the InGame-Reset is off.
The MSDash is with the right time/clock.

Is my Bios to old???

PLEASE HELP

How do you expect us to know? We dont have any clue what bios you have. Or for that matter any info on what games.
