DC games sounds
can people change some sounds from certain games , like capcom ones? (mvC2 and 3rdS) , not the music, but the punch, kick, and super effects

It is possible, but would require some knowledge/tools that don't seem available.
In MvC2, I am assuming the unique sound effects are in the PL??_VOI.BIN files (?? being a two digit hexadecimal number) but I can't peg the format. If it helps any, each one begins with 'DTPK' in the header. I havent been able to find a method to open them up. Boy, itd be fun if I could tho. Change Magneto's 'I am supreme' to 'Im Rick James, BITCH'
