Question Mod-Chips are Easy-?

Hi-!
If i buy a mod-chip,can i insert my self-?
It is easy-?
It is like sega's games or
like red blue green flood stuft-?
And anybody have picture of ps2 chips-?

PS2 mods are NOT easy if you don't have any or little soldering experience. If you have some intermediate levels of experience, DUO chips should be easy for you...

Question I-m not professional.

I can't do it.
Couse i'm not c inside of ps2.
And Duo2 is easy to replase-?
I meen just open ps2 and there are some input for chips-?.
And just one minute and ready-!

i recommend the ultimate info sticky for some info on modding. You can do it but you might want to practice soldering a few times to get good. I have been practicing for about 3 months now and I'm getting pretty confident now. The info sticky has helped me out alot in regard to what materials i will need. I'm sure you will gain the same from them.

The actual soldering isnt as difficult as knowing where to put the wires. Install diagrams will help in that regard when you decide what chip you will use. They are somewhat hard to see for me but there is only one way to learn and that is make yourself do it.
