How can I play an ORIGINAL NTSC Dc game on a pal System?
In order to play an NTSC game on a Pal system i must modify my dreamcast (hardware) or with UTOPIA cd boot I can play NTSC games on a pal system?

Yes, you're right, all you need is the boot disc to play games, original or backup, from any country, NTSC or PAL. Enjoy!

you can play the game, with the boot disc, but i'm pretty sure the screen will look very messed up(unplayable basically). And to fix that, not sure what to do.

Some one told me that i may damage my dreamcast with a boot cd, is that true or just a legend?

bootcd does no harm to my dc, been using it for ages
most dc backup games don't need a bootcd anyway all are selfbootnow. Don't know if it works for real imports tho...but The gameshark memory card and gd do allow you to play imports get it from baysoftgames website...about 20 dollars |
