Need Help!!!

I installed the Xenium Ice Solderless a couple of weeks ago and it worked great.....I also put the LED light kit in so I could tell what bios was running....
You hit the power button for original bios for LIVE and the eject button for the Xenium OS Screen....Now the LED light on the chip is solid red....(Not the Xbox button) and backups will not boot....But the light is on...Weird.....I can not get any answer from xenium....I tokk the chip out and reinstalled.....still nothing.....Any help is appreciated...I will be on all night......Also...One more dilemma...I have error code 16 on another box.....I think that is a dashboard error......How do I fix that....New hard drive....There is no chip in it now.....

Well....Since the sayings goes....Want something done.......Pay someone...heh....I actually took the time to read the manual a little...Imagnine that....There is a little reset button on it...I hit that and then booted up and then put it back and voila...
