Hi-!
I need help. I have PS2 Scph-30005R And it will play only NTSC/J DVDs 50$ In my home i have 3 Pal DVD movies 10$ My PS2 can't read it. Couse i haven't got mod-chip And i can't buy to Couse Wee haven't god any mod-chips in here. So can i convert Avi ,Mpeg or VCD to DVD Ntsc/J version And Burn to CD-R and Watch in PS2 30005R ?

No because you would need PS2Reality Player and that requires a Modchip...
