how to use the online enabler

i know i'm not supposed to ask how tos here, But how do i use the online enabler for unreal tounament 2004 that gamecopyworld has i know i should have read farther down the page and it would of prolly told me but now when i try to get back to that page it tells me page cannot be displayed. Can anyone help.
