Help With A game

I have Collected an nero image (.nrg) of the game "Blue Stinger" US-NTSC. But theres a problem..Even tho it says bootable..it doesnt in the Dreamcast..However it does work in the Emulator "Chankast". Well Since it doesnt get very far in the Emu, i wish to play it in the Real Dremcast. So What i am asking is, Could i Extract everything from the Image (Files on the image are the game data folder "BSDATA" some txt files and a 1ST_READ.BIN)
Put it in a temp Folder, and Create a new Image (from the extracted stuff) that is bootable and work in the dreamcast? and if so.How would i do this? (step-by-step).
