Question Pirates Of The Caribbean w/ CloneDVD

I am having some trouble trying to figure out how to properly backup this movie with CloneDVD2. I am a 1:1 ratio burner so there fore I use 2 discs more or less just for the movie. When the video_TS folder is pulled up on the Title Config Screen, I see that there are two long parts with playing times and the rest of the titles below them appear to be actual parts of the movie. I have never seen a DVD compiled like this. Do I just use the first title (the actual movie)? To sum up the 1 million questions I have about this is.. Was anyone able to backup the DVD properly w/ the alternate ending (Disc 1 of 2), if so did you select all of the titles or some of them? Thanx.

Have you tried DVD X Copy Platinum? or Xcopy Xpress??? Well worht the $$ for makein Back ups of your DVD's. Plus with Platinum, it give you a lot more control over the compression ratio of chapters so that you may be able to fit the entire DVD, menus and all ( if you really want the menus on your back-up, some ppl do not that i can figure out why ) It also allows you to Split the movie over 2 dvd's if you so choose to do. Just Be watchful of where you put your split, to make sure you don't have a massive " previously on Disk 1 " recap.
Or if u want to jsut back up the movie and think nothing more about it than clickin the start button, I recomend DVD X Copy Xpress. Perfect back-ups, good compression rate ( Archived my LOR-RotK ,3 hour movie on 1 4.75g dvd-r with NO LOSS in quaility )
