how to recover space after delete files ?

Hi, I renew the stored data on CD constantly so I have to delete files and dirs, multisessions doesnt free space.
How can I recover free space using Nero, I know that I can use InCd or another program like this that use UDF, but I red a few days ago that packet writing is not reliable, in fact I red it when I had a problem with it.
I think InCd is the better way to store data, becouse you can copy/move directly from browser, but if it is not reliable it is useless, so what kind of solution can I apply to this ?.

Thanks.

RIGHT, i think your recording to a cdrw so here it goes.

Copy all the files you want to your harddrive yea. Then erase the cdrw can take up to 20 min to do this so be patient dont do a quick erase as its naf!

Now the cdrw is blank rerecord the files u want and then u have recorverd the space

Is this the only way ?, if it is then multisession is not a pretty smart idea, so the creator of this are not too clever.
I need something handy and reliable, I can't copy a full DVD to HD every time I have to update a file.

Is there another solution ?
