Command & Conquer Generals Zero Hour NoCD for WorldBuilder

On game copyworld ther is a patch listed that consists of two patches. One wich removes the CD-Check to play without a CD. And one wich should remove the CD-Check from the World Builder. This patch changes one byte into the worldbuilder.exe but I don't know why. Ther is no CD check at all in the worldbuilder.

Does anybody knows for what thing this pacht is for?

Thank You

you should update your gameversion at all
v1.02 there are no more worldbuilder fixes for that version.
I don't know why there is a fix for that, maybe there is a cd-check if you use the "jump to game" option
