Pioneer 107 vs. A07

What is the difference?

The only thing I can see different is the A07 cost about $40 more on newegg.com

A07 is retail - comes with cables, software, box
107 is OEM - just bare drive.

Same drive spec, performance etc - it's up to you to decide if the bit and pieces are worth the extra cash.
