Error with disc juggler burning Ready 2 Rumble 2 PLease help

I have burned about 30 or so DC games using disc juggler. I have a tdk cyclone drive 101232, and it has burned flawlesy. I have now ran into a problem with e-r2r2.cdi. I get this error

E-17804 11/29/00 10:21:30 AM - TDK CDRW121032 (Bus 1,ID 0): (CDB: 5b010200000000000000, Status: 040002, Sense: 052c00) Command sequence error or program area is or is not empty

Can anyone help me out with this. Is the image file corrupt, and if so what can I do about it. I have tried burning using DJ 2 and 3, and no go. Any help would be appreciated
