clone dvd 1+2 write error

Hi,
I have used clone dvd 1 in the past and made a dvd back-up copy with no problems.
So-I downloaded the new version recently and when the programme comes to burn I get the error message:
"write dvd 11 5" with clone dvd 2 and...
"write dvd 10 5" with clone dvd 1

I am using Intenso DVD-R media on a NEC ND-1300A burner.
From what I have read this is probably a media problem with the burner.
Do I need to go shopping again?

Can anyone confirm?
