There are several adapters out to use PSOne/PS2 Controllers on PC. I think there will be also some for XBox & N64.
Go to your next Electronic store or Computer store and ask for it. They will be tell you, what you need.

I bought 2 PS1/PS2 to USB adapters:
Soyo Kikijoy (online order) Wasaki (Radio Shack) Neither work perfectly. You might want to avoid these 2. |

I made my own xbox->pc adapter out of a controller port. The xbox controller is just a USB plug designed differently. All you need to do is find the xbox drivers, which now support rumble (thankfully). Can probably buy xb->pc adapters for $10 or less. Although, you could make 4 of em yourself for the same price $10.
