Okay, in a horrible bout of consumer whorism (is that a word?) I have somehow acquired the following hard drives...
80GB Maxtor, 8MB buffer 160GB Hitachi Deskstar, 8MB buffer 200GB Western Digital, 8MB buffer Now which one should go into the Xbox considering...? >I have a good dvd player so I won't be backing-up movies. >I'm not interested in emulators or roms, you know, since they're illegal and all. >I probably won't get on XBLive, so I don't need to have a lockable drive. >I don't have, or even plan to have, that many games in need of back-ups. I estimate that I can back-up about 32 games @ 5GB a piece on the 160GB drive, as if I would ever be interested in 32 games, so even this drive seems a little excessive, although it is more comfortable in my mind than the approximate 16 games that could go on the 80GB drive. Then again, I get kinda single-minded and usually only play 2-3 games at a time for a long time. Do you see all that mental jibberjabber up there? I just talk myself in circles and would really appreciate someone's help in making a decision. |

I have over 45 games on my 120 with room left. A 160 will do nicely.
