I successfully installed an Executer 2.3B mod chip. My problem is finding the right BIOS to load onto a CD( I run into the Halting?stage) and the proper way to do it. All I'm doing is going from site to site and getting nothing acomplished. Can someone point me in the right direction. Also I see everything linked to (Cromwell). My Xbox has the Focus Video Encoder if that makes any difference. And to top things off this is for my 6 year old son...
If this makes any sense to anyone I thank you in advance.. Yours Truly, rshoe00 A.K.A DUMBASS |

well, we cannot tell you where to get the bios file, since it is not a legal file. Cromwell is a homebrew bios that is not meant to play games (and doesn't). It's meant to help load linux, but has an option to reflash the modchip.
The bios you should look for are "x2 4983" (do ot get 4982 if you find it, 4983 is a fixed version of 4982).
