Downsampling Soul Caliber Plus HOD2 Problem

Hi all. I have recently a BBA and of course now I am trying to back up my DC games. I have been doing OK, unitl I hit my first large game, Soul Caliber. I know I need to downsample audio or video, but I cannot see any normal types of these in the fileset. I have *.dat and *.p04 and *.p16 etc.

Any thoughts on this?

On A Side Note, I also am having problems with House Of the Dead 2. It rips ok, and I can burn the backup, but it won't startup. I get the boot screen, Sega Screen, then white and finally black screens, but no boot.
