help on street fighter III 3rd strike, self-booting image

I just got a Street fighter III 3rd strike Self-booting image (CDI, USA-JAP). i burnned it by nero via cdi2neo tool, since my discjuggler doesn't work well with my cd writer . the game can played well by my pal E (europe) standard DC except the image. i used the ntsc standard on my tv set (i think i should be the appropriate standard, since the pal setting gives me total black screen) however, the color of the image is really lousy or i should say it is black and white image?!. could anyone pls help tp solve this problem, i am totally new in DC i just got a second hand console for this game, thanks first.

Thanks for ur reply, i have read the patch readme which tells that it is only work for the scart cable. i dun think it is work with mine cdi image (actually i dun know how to apply ppf to the cdi image either :P). btw, i think i can get a ntsc dc which will give me the ntsc standard RF output which should be supported by my tv. do think so?? thanks again.
