Question My FTP Transfer Speed to my Xbox is 2 SLOW?

I will like to know how can I transfer files in a faster manner from the FTP server to my Xbox. As far as I know I should have a networking speed and not an Internet speed. I want to know the propper manner to configure FlashFXP.

Any help is Appreciated

what speed are you getting? It isn't your pc that is slowing it down, it is the xbox. I ussually get around 7-9mb/s speeds with avalaunch. evox gives about 2 and mxm gives about 5-6mb.

The Max Sped Im getting is 12 to 13 Kbps and I'm sure that It should transfer faster than that ... could it be that my upstream rate its too slow? I have 128 K upostream?

upstream for the internet? 128k upstream is about 16kbps...to the internet. If you are using a router or cross cable directly plugged to your xbox, you should indeed be getting a speed like mine. How are you transfering (as in connection)?

I have an Ethernet Switch ... one cable goes from modem to switch, another that goes from the PC to the switch and one that goes from the switch to the Xbox. I've been checking the Xbox settings and they look to be ok... the average speed it transfers is 12Kbps
