Something interesting I found in the PSX version of Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo

I really like the Sakura's Song on my puzzle fighter game, so I put my PSX cd in my pc and opened a program that can scan a PSX disk for all sound, music, graphic, and video files and rip them. Thats when I found something interesting.

The program said that there were two video files on the CD. The only video I know of in the game is the Capcom logo where all those boxes form their name, so I played it.

It was the japanese intro to Megaman 8.

Anyone know why is this on the disk? Do they show you the intro if you beat the game on hard or something? Or did they just put it on there by mistake.
