Talking Sonic Heroes - Movie Encoding

Ok, I made a backup iso on my pc and opened it up with xiso

I extracted the movie files and foudn them to be .sfd format, the format that almost every sega dreamcast game used (and some gamecube as well).

Anyway, I attempted to do a audio and video extraction. I was able to extract the audio fine but the video comes out like radioactive vomit. It has a green hue, artifacts everywhere, runs very jittery, and is horribly pixelated.

Anyone know how I can successfully extract the video from this game into a format my PC can read? (It seems to be the format itself that does this, since some GC game movies extracted fine but otheres had the exact same problems). I od not care about encoding them at a lower bitrate, I am not going to be putting them back into my Xbox, I just want to encode them on my pc so I can watch them anytime, I really like the intro to this game.

If you used sfd2mpg, then unfortunately you won't find any better.

I only used sfd2mpeg to extract the audio, the audio is encoded in a special way but most normal mpeg demultiplexor programs seem to be able to handle extracting the video
