Pioneer a06/106 problem
Recently my burner is having this problem, it wont read dvd games/movies at all. Well the prob existed b4 but all I need to do was unplug the controller cable and plug it in again and it works just fine but now even that doesn't help. It read CD rom just fine though. HELP PLEASE!!

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the drive. Might just need a kick in the ass.

check the ide connections and make sure its connected properly. I had a few problems like this on my mates pc he had a sany dvd-rw
