1.)what does the word iso mean

2.)does anyone here know how to get a planet web 3.0 without the hassel of getting the thing on e bay and getting it for almost $30.00 dolars.or is there another way around this like another web browser that works as good as planetweb 3.0 currently im using planetwebs 2.0 .
