Loading GC Games

i have been reading on the forums all threads but i cant manage
to understand fairly well
what tool do i need
to run the games..

it is?
animal crossing or the 'GameCube Disc Server' tool


and has anyone played the games from their dvd rom drives on their pc?

well you could use the animal crossing loader if you good at dos. or just plain old GameCube Disc Server to load the games. The popular tool people use right now is Cubesoft Phoenix 2.1. that will allow you to play, rip, edit back up games. and No, gamecube games wont read inside your dvd-rom on the pc. xbox games dont even read inside the dvd-rom
