I want to know if the PS2 lazer wear out the laser more or less when I'm playing backup DVD move then playing backup PS2 games (DVD-R).
also, I what to know if playing PS1 cd-r on thw ps2 wear out the laser as for playing PS2 cd-r. thanks for the helpers. |

It wont wear out enough for you to realize it. Just get a modchip and youll be set.
Ps2 lasers are crap anyways. Tyler!

I heard that DVD+R has more wear on a laser that DVD-R does. I would think that any copied game would have more wear and tear than the original game.

I meant you really wont noticed that the ps2 laser is dying because its a crap laser to begin with. Itll die eventually. Some peoples dies quicker than others. While others still have their v1 ps2's that work fine.
Not very many ps2's will read cdrw anyways. Tyler!
