Is there a Rockman PSX protection fix?

Hey there gamers. I was looking in the psx patch section and I cant find a protection fix to the rockman remake for the psx. When I boot the game with my V4, no solder, neokey system, I get the capcom antimod protection screen. How can I bypass this without a patch or is there a patch. Thanks
