GTA: Vice City Movement Issues.....

hi all, I'm new here & I've been an avid person at gamecopyworld.com for the sole purpose of finding the cracks I needed for my backed up games.. . . well, I lost my Vice City a few days ago, so I brought out the clone I had made for it. . .. I loaded it no problem with the ARKO crack. . .. when I started to play the game, the movement of the character started to move to the bottom left. . .. . now you would imagine how annoying this is, so could someone please help me out (& yes, I tried another crack & it still didn't work. . .... . ) thanks in advance!

Also, try unplugging all joysticks and gamepads and see what happens.
