question about my dvd burner

i went to bestbuy and thought i got a digital research dual format dvd-burner but i went to get a diff one and they told me that the burner wasnt what the box said. i have found out that its a (Optorite)dd0202.has anybody in here ever seen this before or know if they do that **** at digital research.

any info would be great thanks.

Some company's (like Creative labs, Verbatim, ect) have 3rd party company's make some of their hardware for them so maybe digital research is like that also. Look closely for the small print on the box and you might find something that reads that the product may not appear exactly like the picture on the box. The product you got in the box should meet all the specs advertised if this is the case.
