Version #?
hey guys i know how to NORMALLY tell what version ps2 you have. i ordered one and got it today. no complaints as it does everything its sopose to do. (DMS3) it is an on-line pack so i took off the network adapter to see what version and there was no sticker! is there anyway to see what version it is. it was pose to be a v9!

yeah 1 way to find out what it is dose it have a firewire port on front if so its not a v9 or 10 it would be a v7 and below or if u have a sony dvd remote point it at it w/out the cog pluged in and if it works its a v9 and there is one other way trun the system on no games and hit tringle it should show u the version number it will say 50001 or higher if its a 9 or 10

Go to your browser options and it will tell ya your scph #.

The sticker on the Online Packs is now on the side of the ps2. If its not there then its been removed completely.
