When Anydvd will not do

I am using Clone DVD ver 1.3.11.2 and AnyDVD ver 3.2.1.1 on a 98 OS

Recently I have been having problems with the combination. Clone DVD will rip the disc without any problems but when I insert the blank media AnyDVD seems to freeze. Even if I close it down I cannot use Clone DVD to burn without a reboot.

I'm sure I used to be able to use the two when they first released a 98 friendly version of AnyDVD, but I'm wondering if I've got the settings all wrong.

All I do when I upgrade AnyDVD is use default settings and change the region code to 4.

I have changed media but I would be shocked if this was the problem. The disks I use are always cheap but not too nasty

Any ideas or similar experiences anyone?

I've discovered the problem.

It was the change of media after all.

I've never had this problem before.

All other programs have worked fine, but it appears Anydvd (or CloneDvd ) doesn't like the change of disk.

Who would have thought !!!

Anyone with a similar problem I would suggest a change of media.

Cheers
