I have .cdi files i cant use dj and cdrwin so can i use cdirip and then burn with nero?

i have .cdi files i tried to burn with dj and i have problems. so i used cdirip to turn them into .iso and .raw and with a .cue sheet. and cdrwin wont let me turn on the multisession so can i use nero instead? and if so how do i laod the .cue sheet
