In the last version of championship manager (cm4) i could make my own crack file with a little help from the program winiso.
I can't in the new version (cm03/04).

Would somebody tell me how to make the file?

Nope, it's SecuROM protected. The CM4 was also SecuROM procted, but l8er patch they change it to CD-Checks, it will just look for a CD-label that's why you could fix it with WinISO.
